By participating in this giveaway, you agree to the following terms:
Eligibility – Open to legal residents of Florida who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Limit one entry per person. Only one winner will be selected.
No Purchase Necessary – A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Entry Method & Period – Entries will be accepted online starting on Friday September 5th at 12:00PM EST and ending on October 8th 2025 at 12:00PM EST. All online entries must be received by October 8th 2025 at 12:00PM EST to be considered valid. Entries must be submitted through Kushel Law Group’s official social media post and/or Events page as described in the contest announcement.
Winner Selection & Notification – The chosen winner will be selected at random and notified via email, phone and by our Social Media Posts. If a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, or fails to claim the prize within 48 hours the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected.
Prizes – The prize of (4) game tickets and (1) parking pass to the Dolphins vs Chargers game on October 12th, 2025 at the Hard Rock Stadium will be transferred via Ticketmaster before the start of the event to the email address or cell phone number the winner provides after being selected. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted.
Rights Granted – By entering, you understand and agree that Kushel Law Group shall have the right, where permitted by law, to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.
Limitation of Liability – By entering, participants release and hold harmless Kushel Law Group from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize.
